- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in for severe depression. Opened up to the provider, which is already hard to begin with. Mid appointment someone else came in and provider left. Had to recap my struggles. Doesn't ask me if I'm suicidal doesn't ask if I want to harm myself. After five minutes steps out and someone comes in to turn over the room. When she realizes I'm there she asks who I'm waiting for, eyes puffy from all the crying I say the doctor. He comes back in a few later to tell me that neither him nor the clinician think medication is necessary. "I can't function I'm so depressed, I live in my car with my dogs because I can't function." He offered few alternatives to which I gather he could see the defeat in my face and I left feeling worse than before. Maybe they saw me as a drug seeker, I don't know, but I really don't recommend them.July 19, 2017by Marlenee Luna-Diaz
